The Registration Fee includes Full Conference Package with:

• Conference Proceedings
• Admission to all the Technical Sessions
• Opening Ceremony
• Daily Lunch & Coffee Breaks
• Certificate of Attendance
• Accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee

There will be 10% on registration of more than 5 delegates from one organization.

Cancellations must be made in writing.

• 75% of the paid amount will be refunded fo cancellations made one months prior to the event.
• 50% of the paid amount will be refunded fo cancellations made two weeks prior to the event.
• NO REFUND for cancellations made less than one week to the event.
